Signature of the lease for the house on Saint-Simon street, between Aurélie
Vinet-Scipiot, owner, and Pierre Jetté, tenant, which took effect May 1st 1845.
Pierre lets his mother use the attic where will be founded Saint Pélagie Hospice,
residence for unmarried mothers.
15 - (1819)
Birth and christening, in Lavaltrie, of the twins Léocadie and Marie-Louise,
daughters of unknown parents. Madame Rosalie Roy called Desjardins, midwife,
wife of Antoine Cadron and mother of Rosalie, saves from certain death the children
that she had been ordered to kill as of their birth. She escapes with the twins
wrapped in her apron, and she leaves them in the care of Rosalie and Jean-Marie
Jetté.
15 - (1824)
Purchase of land in Saint-Hyacinthe by Jean-Marie Jetté, from the owner Charles
Jarret. This sale is both illegal and fraudulent. Therefore, in late 1826,
all the possessions of Rosalie Cadron and Jean-Marie Jetté will be confiscated.
At the beginning of 1827, we find them in Montreal where Paul Jetté,
brother of Jean-Marie, welcomes them. It is with the utmost faith and courage
that they begin anew from square one.

Decreed by His Eminence Cardinal Paul Grégoire the creation of a mini-tribunal
to hear the testimony of Sisters Fabiola Thiffault and Hélène Rioux,
both 86 years old, who worked towards the canonisation.

André- Marie Cimichella, Episcopal vicar in the proceedings for sainthood in
Montreal and president of the mini-tribunal.

Jetté household for the Grey Nuns General Hospital in Montreal.

Rosalie's younger sister who was 12 years old at the time.

profitable".

Inauguration of Centre Rosalie-Cadron Jetté, office for the canonisation
located at the Motherhouse in Cartierville.

Unanimous vote by the Historian Counsellors of the CCS in Rome after extensive study
of the virtues and report of sainthood of the Servant of God, Rosalie Cadron-Jetté,
